This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how trials, cancellations, refunds, and plan changes are handled for the ClearView platform (the “Service”).
01Free Trial
If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial. To avoid charges, cancel before the trial ends. If you do not cancel, your selected plan begins and billing starts automatically.
02Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals. You retain access until the end of the period already paid for.
03Monthly Plans
Monthly fees are charged at the start of each monthly period. Cancelling stops the next charge; the current month is not pro-rated or refunded.
04Annual Plans
Annual plans are paid in advance. Unless required by law or stated otherwise in writing, annual fees are non-refundable after the first [REFUND WINDOW — e.g. 14] days. Within that window you may request a refund of the prepaid annual amount, less usage already incurred.
05Add-ons & Storage
Add-ons (such as Warehouse & Inventory) and storage follow the same billing cycle as your base plan. Removing an add-on stops its next charge and is not pro-rated for the current period.
06Upgrades & Downgrades
Upgrades take effect immediately and may be pro-rated for the remainder of the current period. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.
07Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we may retry and may suspend access until resolved. Prolonged non-payment may result in cancellation.
08How to Cancel or Request a Refund
Cancel from your account settings, or contact sales@allieddms.com with your account details.
Cancel anytime — no long contract. Monthly plans aren’t pro-rated; annual plans are refundable within the first window, then non-refundable. This summary is not part of the policy.
