This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes conduct that is prohibited on the ClearView platform (the “Service”). It is part of our Terms of Service.
01Prohibited Conduct
- Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any law.
- Infringing the intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights of any party.
- Uploading malware or interfering with the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Attempting unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems.
- Reverse engineering or extracting source code, except where permitted by law.
- Reselling or sublicensing the Service except as expressly permitted.
- Sending spam or unsolicited bulk communications through the Service.
- Storing or transmitting harassing, abusive, or harmful content.
02Security & Integrity
- Do not probe or scan the Service for vulnerabilities without authorization.
- Do not circumvent authentication, rate limits, or usage measurement.
- Do not impose an unreasonable load or disrupt other customers.
03Fair Use
Seats, storage, and resources are provisioned per your plan. Sharing one seat among multiple people to avoid seat fees, or using automated means to inflate usage, is prohibited.
04Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, suspend, or terminate access, and report unlawful activity to authorities. Where practical we will provide notice, but may act immediately to protect the Service.
